The fastest way to reach us is mail to team@rekwiem.com. It lands with the people who build UpCheck, not a ticket queue, and it's the right address for everything: a bug, a billing question, a feature you're missing, or something that just looks wrong.
One round trip is the goal. If your question is about a specific monitor, include enough for us to find the moment you mean:
- The monitor's name (or its id, from the monitor page)
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- Roughly when (a timestamp and timezone is perfect)
- For API questions: the endpoint and the response bodyCheck the docs first
The answer may already be written down. The docs cover setup, every check type and its fields, the REST API with a generated reference, and connecting an agent over MCP; the search (⌘K) reads the full text of every article, not just titles.
Found a security issue?
Mail the same address with "security" in the subject and we'll prioritise it. Please don't open a public issue or post details before we've had a chance to fix it.
